The Hazmat assignment was dispatched @ 1057 hrs for a report of an odor of natural gas and employees feeling ill at the Wells Fargo Bank. L10 and R10 went responding @1100 hrs. Crews arrived on location with the bank manager at the front door and the employees evacuated and away from the building. The initial report was an odor of natural gas in the bank. Crews metered the building and checked all utilities and for an odor, nothing was found in the building. While fire crews were investigating the smell, all the employees were evaluated and it was deemed necessary to transport the patients to local hospitals as a precaution. UGI arrived on location while crews were still investigating, UGI found nothing. After all possible sources were investigated it was deemed that the source could not be found. One possible explanation could of been a possible CO issue underneath the canopy in the bank drive through, but that could not be determined. The bank was turned over to the branch manger and companies went available @1303 hrs. Thank You Company 11 for your assistance.
